An extended stay is a rental that is 1 month up to 6 months. If you are looking to stay in Summit County for 6 months or longer, please see our Long Term Rentals page.
Unlike a regular short-term guest, an extended stay pays a pre-established monthly rate that includes all utilities and amenities. Extended stay guests will usually receive anywhere from 40% - 70% off our regular nightly rates. Also, you avoid Colorado sales tax by staying 30 consecutive nights or longer!
